Your Quote Assistant collects information you voluntarily provide when purchasing, contacting us, using the cloud workspace, importing quote data, or completing business setup. This may include your name, business name, contact information, website, service information, sales-process details, customer and opportunity information you choose to enter, and other information you provide.
How we use information
We use submitted information to process orders, provide and operate the YQA workspace, support customer setup, deliver business-specific follow-up resources, provide customer support, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Anonymous website and funnel analytics
YQA may collect limited analytics about how visitors move through the public website and purchase funnel. This may include an anonymous session identifier, page or button interaction, referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM source or campaign, general device category, and timestamps. We use this information to understand which acquisition channels and pages are working and where visitors leave the funnel. The YQA funnel analytics system is not designed to collect customer names, email addresses, quote content, payment-card data, or message content.
When a visitor follows a YQA link to our payment provider, YQA may pass the anonymous session reference so a completed purchase can be attributed to the campaign or visit that produced it.
Browser storage
YQA may use browser storage, including local storage, to maintain secure sign-in sessions and to retain an anonymous analytics session identifier between page views. Clearing browser storage may remove those local identifiers or require you to sign in again.
Payments
Payment transactions are processed by our payment provider. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on our website.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, database services, payments, automation, analytics, communications, and AI-assisted product operations. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the service.
Customer and opportunity data
YQA is designed to store ordinary business contact and quote-follow-up information. Do not enter sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for quote follow-up. You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter, import, contact, or export is handled in accordance with applicable law and your business obligations.
Data portability
YQA includes CSV import and export features intended to help keep business opportunity data portable. Exported files may contain customer and business information, so you are responsible for storing and transferring those files securely.
Retention and requests
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legitimate business or legal needs. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
