Your Quote Assistant provides a cloud-based quote follow-up workspace, business-specific follow-up messaging, and related digital implementation resources. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee revenue, sales, booked jobs, conversion rates, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, leads, offers, sales practices, and implementation.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Your Quote Assistant is not useful for managing your quote follow-up, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. The guarantee applies to the purchase price and does not constitute a guarantee of revenue, sales, booked jobs, or any other business result. We may require reasonable order information to identify and process the purchase.
No monthly subscription required for the launch product
The YQA launch product purchased at checkout does not require a monthly YQA subscription. Core improvements to the purchased YQA workspace may be provided at no additional charge. Optional future premium products, integrations, services, or materially separate offerings may be priced separately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing messages before use and for ensuring your communications comply with applicable laws, regulations, consent requirements, carrier rules, platform policies, and industry requirements. In particular, you are responsible for determining whether you have appropriate permission to send calls, text messages, or emails to a customer or prospect.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of customer and opportunity information you enter or import. Do not enter sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for quote follow-up. YQA includes data export features intended to help keep business information portable, but you remain responsible for maintaining any records required for your business.
Product scope
YQA is focused on opportunity capture, quote follow-up, response guidance, quote revival, and related workflow. It does not replace accounting, estimating, legal, financial, or professional advice. Direct integrations with specific third-party CRMs or platforms are not included unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the purchasing business may use the YQA workspace and included business-specific messaging for its internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, copy, or redistribute YQA as a competing product, software service, or template library.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features as the product evolves. We may also update these terms. The version posted when you purchase governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
